Where is my order?

Where can I see my order invoices?

The invoice is usually sent to your registered email address after your order is confirmed. You can also view and download your invoice from the “My Orders” section in your “My Account” page after logging into your account.

I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?

Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk folder. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain emifood.com to your safe senders list.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can change the shipping address before the order is dispatched. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to update the address.

Do you deliver on Weekend?

No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.

My order was incorrectly marked as delivered.

Can I cancel my order/items?

What if I’m not at home when my order gets delivered?
