Emi Food refund policy is guided under it’s parent company Bin Ablan Food Industry. so Bin Ablan Food Industry can be used interchangably here on on this refund policy.

At Emi Food, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience seamless. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy 14-day return or exchange policy.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, and in the same condition as received, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase (sales invoice).

  • We cannot accept returns without the original sales invoice.

Conditions for Return

  • Before accepting your delivery, please ensure that the packaging is not damaged or tampered with.

  • In the unlikely event that the item you receive is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may return it in unused condition with original packaging and tags within 14 days.

  • Products purchased under promotional offers or discounted schemes cannot be exchanged or returned.

How to Request a Return

If your return request is approved, we will send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package

Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy:

binablan.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of www.binablan.com would be the final decision Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering on www.binablan.com. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
